- Pause the use of active products (retinols and exfoliating acids) 2–3 days before your appointment.
- Keep your routine simple and focused on hydration leading up to your visit.
- Avoid trying new products right before your facial to prevent unexpected reactions.
- Limit sun exposure and avoid coming in with irritated or sensitized skin.
- Come with clean skin if possible, and I’ll take care of the rest.
